The Company under no circumstances takes back the Products once sold. This applies in all the cases except where the company under its sole discretion, concludes there is manufacturing defect in the product. In such case, the product equivalent to the defective product would become eligible for replacement. If the company accepts such defect, only then the company also agrees to reimburse the cost of courier incurred for sending back the material.
