It is used as a wall and floor coating for waterproofing, dust proofing, and providing a decorative finish for brick, concrete and masonry surfaces in internal and external situations including marine environments. It can be applied to damp surfaces and acts as a curing membrane when applied to fresh concrete. It helps prevent rising damp in floors and walls. Due to the nontoxic nature of the cured films, it is recommended for use in food processing areas and as a tank lining for potable water and for fish farms.

The clear grade is also used as a sealer for porous substrates such as concrete, masonry and gypsum boards.
